Delivery & Refund Policy


We aim to send out orders within 3 working days of order placed.

We send first class via Royal Mail or through DPD.

Your candle will be packed in recycled material and with visible ‘Fragile’ tape.


Returns and Refunds
You may return candles bought at in the original, unused and saleable condition for a refund or exchange within 7 working days from receipt.

You will be required to organise and pay for the return and prior to sending please contact us.

If there is a fault with your product, please return it to us for investigation  and retain proof of postage in order that we can refund this to you.
Prior to sending please take a photo and email this to us.

Your refund will be issued  by the original payment method, and no later than 7 working days from us receiving the products back.

We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
